• Please give at least 2 full days notice and refer to company for emergency orders & other gifts.

• Payments can be done by cash / cheque / DD / fund transfer / our couriers.

• PAPA GITS undertakes to deliver the intended gift the same day ONLY and no commitment on exact or precise time deliveries are promised nor committed.

• While all efforts would be taken to meet the description of the product or gift, changes in product / item cannot be ruled out as sometimes the purported item is not be available at the time of delivery and / or at the place of delivery.

• While PAPA GIFTS would take all efforts to do the undertaken order same day, if any order cannot be carried out or is delayed due to omission, human errors , communication or transportation problems or incorrect / inadequate addresses, the price of the order would be refunded in full and a complimentary order with an apology note would be given,, within two days . The compensation for any non- deliveries and / or complaints would be limited to this and no other claims what-so-ever would be entertained.
